At Winmau, we are committed to providing the highest quality darts equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all darts, boards, or accessories are in their original packaging with all included components and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Winmau

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
